Body Proportions / 8 Heads

 

The application of this rule isn't always exact; it's an approximation for creating aesthetics, as head size tends to vary between individuals and the drawing styles of each artist

 

The method consists of dividing the body into eight sections with percentages of 12.5% between each division and paying special attention to the place where the pelvis ends, which is approximately 50% of the human body.

La aplicación de esta regla no siempre es exacta; se trata de una aproximación para crear estética, ya que el tamaño de la cabeza tiende a variar entre individuos y los diferentes estilos de dibujo de cada artista.

El método consiste en dividir el cuerpo en 8 secciones con porcentajes del 12,5 % entre cada división y prestar especial atención al lugar donde termina la pelvis, que es aproximadamente el 50 % del cuerpo humano.

I had created these designs to sell them as adoptable but in the end I liked having them in my gallery, currently I only have plans for this character, she will appear in the  Crimson Cross project.

I liked creating adoptable character designs, it gives me some freedom to be more eccentric.

Sometimes I use the method of creating a character based on songs, or rather there are songs that characterize my characters, either before, during or after the creation of it; as if I composed or existed a specific song for that character.

A veces utilizo el método de crear un personaje a partir de canciones o más bien hay  canciones que caracterizan a mis personajes, ya sea antes, durante o después de la creación del mismo; como si compusiera o existiera una canción especifica para ese personaje.

I use these poses for character creation. You can use them as references, even modify their anatomy as needed for your drawing style, such as slimming down their body, increasing their musculature, lengthening their limbs, enlarging their head, etc.

Utilizo estas poses para la creación de personajes. Puedes usarlas como referencias, incluso modificar su anatomía según sea necesario para tu estilo de dibujo, como adelgazar su cuerpo, aumentar su musculatura, alargar sus extremidades, agrandar su cabeza, etc.

These references are free to use. I use them to design my characters, but you can modify their anatomy and adjust them to your drawing style.
