I use these poses for character creation. You can use them as references, even modify their anatomy as needed for your drawing style, such as slimming down their body, increasing their musculature, lengthening their limbs, enlarging their head, etc.

Utilizo estas poses para la creación de personajes. Puedes usarlas como referencias, incluso modificar su anatomía según sea necesario para tu estilo de dibujo, como adelgazar su cuerpo, aumentar su musculatura, alargar sus extremidades, agrandar su cabeza, etc.
